The main portion of this characteristic dwelling dates from 1880. It was then divided off-center by two brothers, the elder brother taking the larger portion. The building still boasts the original reed-and-clay ceiling.
 Consisting of two luxury units, each named after the last owners, the widow Loggie Lochner and Annie, the units are called Loggie's Lodge and Annie's Place respectively.
